Every summer I look forward to the food festivals in Toronto. At the start of the pandemic, I was worrisome considering how the year continued to unfold. Once I received the press release that the Vegandale Festival was still happening, I had to make sure I was there!

A socially distanced poolside patio with great food. What more can you ask for? With menu items ranging from pizza, to ‘pork’ sliders, bbq ‘spare ribs’ and ‘chicken’ fingers you really can’t go wrong. Restaurants include Planta, Bar Vegandale, Fat Choi, and Ital Vital.

The space included three pools, art installations, a ton of space with aesthetically pleasing backgrounds, and of course a lot of natural sunlight. Perfect for photo ops!
